What are the delivery times?
Once we have received your order, it will take approximately 2 business days to process. The order will then be shipped and you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email from us.
The shipping time depends on your place of residence:

Germany:
With shipment tracking : 2-4* days, 3.90€
Standard shipping : 3-5* days, €6.90
Other EU countries:
Standard shipping: 4-10* days, €7.90

Holidays, strikes, errors in the post office or in the address provided, congestion in the post office or unforeseeable events may delay delivery. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for a specific delivery date. The shipping time to countries outside of Austria and Germany depends on the local shipping service provider.
