Each calendar is packed by us with a lot of love and quickly after receipt of your order, so that your calendar gets to you on time.
You will receive shipping information from us by email, which you can use to track your package.
A local pick-up at our VERLAN Café is also possible.
Where do I enter my ring size?
It is best to enter your ring size in the note field at the end of your order, or send us a short email to hello@verlan-jewellery.com.
You can easily find your ring size with our size finder .
Can I wish for jewelry?
You can leave a note for us in the note field if you already own a piece of jewelry from our collection.
You can also leave other jewelry requests, but we cannot promise to fulfill them.
Trust us - every calendar is packed with love and our bestsellers are hidden in the calendar. ♡
For example, I don't wear earrings - can you take that into account?
Naturally! Please also leave us such information in the note field.
Can I exchange the calendar?
Our advent calendar and individual pieces of jewelery are non-returnable.
However, if there was a problem with your calendar, please contact us immediately by email.
